Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend HOA board meetings. Information about upcoming events will be posted as it becomes available. All events will take place at the Lodge unless otherwise indicated.
SATURDAY, APRIL 20 – 8:00 a.m. – noon – Piney-Z Neighborhood Garage Sale. Signs will be placed at the entrances about ten days before the event and it will be advertised in the Tallahassee Democrat and NextDoor ONLY. Those participating are strongly encouraged to advertise their individual sale on the social media of your choice. You may put up signs the evening before or the morning of the sale to direct buyers to your sale.
SATURDAY, APRIL 27, 2024 – 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. – HOA Picnic at the Pavilion – Attendance is restricted to Piney-Z residents only and children must be accompanied by an adult. The HOA will provide barbeque sandwiches, paper products, iced tea, and lemonade. Attendees will be asked to bring a side dish or dessert. Sign-up will be REQUIRED so that we can plan appropriately. You can sign up on either ol the Facebook group pages or by email to pineyzsocial@gmail.com. Please indicate your address, how many are attending, and whether you are bringing a side or a dessert.
SUNDAY, MAY 19, 2024 – 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. – Ice Cream Social at the Pavilion – planning is still in process, but we are hoping to have some family games in addition to the ice cream social.
