You are invited to attend in person or by proxy.
We will be electing two new Board members at this meeting. The Nominations Committee is looking forward to hearing from interested persons who are willing to serve on the board. Please fill out the NOTICE TO RUN and return it to Diana Swegman, Board Treasurer, and Nominations Committee Chairperson at email@example.com. This form must be returned by July 2, 2019. You may also fax it to Lewis Property Management at 850-765-4353.
Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the annual meeting. Please take a moment to complete the Limited Proxy, whether or not you plan to attend the meeting, and return it to us no later than July 11, 2019 by mail, fax, or email. We
suggest you send the proxy even if you plan to attend as you may withdraw the proxy upon your attendance at the meeting.
If you intend to vote in person or by proxy, please be advised of the following requirement of the Association:
There shall be one person with respect to each unit of ownership who shall be entitled to vote at any meeting of the Association and that person shall be known as a “voting member”. If a unit is owned by more than one person, the owners of the unit shall designate one of them as the voting member. In the case of a corporate unit owner, an officer or employee of the corporation shall be the voting member.
