Welcome to Piney-Z in Tallahassee, Florida. Our unique community is comprised of diverse neighborhoods, including Eagleview, which borders a bald eagle habitat, Fieldcrest paired homes, The Gardens, and carriage homes. We enjoy an ideal location, close to schools and universities, shopping, and the Capitol. Click here to view a map of the Piney-Z neighborhood.  You can read about the history of Piney-Z, compiled by HOA Board Member Russell Pfost, here.

We are fortunate to be surrounded on three sides by city parkland. Tom Brown Park is the City of Tallahassee’s premier place to play, with football, soccer, baseball and softball fields; tennis, racquetball, handball, pickleball and basketball courts; an 18-hole disc golf course; nature trails, fitness trails, and bike trails; two playgrounds; picnic shelters; and wide open spaces. Tom Brown Park also hosts many of Tallahassee’s special events, including the 4th of July Fireworks Show.  Lafayette Heritage Trail Park (at the end of Heritage Park Boulevard) features access to Lake Piney-Z, multi-use nature trails, a playground, restroom and picnic facilities.

Piney-Z has two Facebook groups.  You can find them here and here.  The first one (Piney-Z Residents) is restricted to Piney-Z owners and residents only.   Many residents also participate in NextDoor.com.  You can sign up on the NextDoor website.
